The Man Behind The Vision
Zainoor Adahan — Founder & Managing Director
Zainoor Adahan is a highly respected industry professional with over 40 years of experience in tourism and hospitality. He began his career in the hotel sector in Sri Lanka and the Republic of Maldives, developing extensive expertise across the industry before transitioning into inbound travel and destination management in the early 1990s.
His leadership encompasses the full spectrum of operations — from arrivals to departures — including event production, logistics, curated travel experiences and themed functions.
Hotel Sector Beginnings
Started his career in the hotel sector across Sri Lanka and the Republic of Maldives, building deep expertise in hospitality operations, guest relations and luxury service delivery.
Transition to Destination Management
Moved into inbound travel and destination management, joining one of Sri Lanka's leading inbound tour operators where he began managing large-scale international programs for global clients.
Large-Scale International Events
Successfully managed large-scale international conferences, corporate events, international cricket festivals, sporting experiences, destination weddings and anniversary celebrations — overseeing complex accommodation, logistics and end-to-end event execution for global clients.
